  5. To start using the PCX-ToolBox, type  PT  at the prompt and press the
  6. enter key.  The program is mouse aware.  For online help, choose one
  7. of the many help screens from the Help Menu on the main menu line.

  9. To order the PCX-SuperTool series, print the ascii file named
  10. ORDER.FRM and mail with your payment to the address listed on the
